saja.. banyak caranya. salah satu nya aku baru coba nieh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;Tempe kedelai 1papan&lt;br /&gt;Tepung terigu/gandum 150gram&lt;br /&gt;Tepung beras 50gram&lt;br /&gt;Serbuk penaik/baking powder 1/4sdt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu Halus :&lt;br /&gt;Bawang putih 2siung&lt;br /&gt;Ketumbar 1/2sdt&lt;br /&gt;Garam 1/4sdt&lt;br /&gt;perasa secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;Minyak goreng.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;- Gaulkan kesemua bumbu halus dan kesemua bahan menjadi adonan agak encer.&lt;br /&gt;- Tempe dihiris tipis-tipis&lt;br /&gt;- Wortel hiris korek api, seledri hiris tipis,sawi potong2.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Daging ayam dihiris tipis2&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Cincang halus bawang merah dan bawang putih&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Panaskan 4sdt minyak masak tumis semua bumbu&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Masukkan daging ayam dan aduk, jika sudah setengah masak masukkan wortel, aduk terus sampai wortel empuk.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Masukkan sawi dan bihun, belajar dari nya.&lt;br /&gt;Dan semenjak itu.. sudah berkali2 aku buat nya.. enakk...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;- Daun kailan 1genggam&lt;br /&gt;- Ikan asin 1ekor ukuran sedang&lt;br /&gt;- Bawang goreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu :&lt;br /&gt;- Bawang merah 1siung&lt;br /&gt;- Bawang putih 2 siung&lt;br /&gt;- Cabe rawit ikut suka&lt;br /&gt;- Kecap sotong 1sdt&lt;br /&gt;- Garam 1/4sdt&lt;br /&gt;- Perasa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;- Bersihkan dan potong2 kailan&lt;br /&gt;- Goreng ikan masin, siyat2 dan buang durinya&lt;br /&gt;- Bawang merah dicincang halus&lt;br /&gt;- bawang putih dan cabe di geprek/ketuk, tumis bersama dengan bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;- Masukkan ikan masin garam dan perasa&lt;br /&gt;- Setelah harum masukkan kailan&lt;br /&gt;- Dengan api besar aduk kailan cepat2&lt;br /&gt;- angkat, taburkan bawang goreng&lt;br /&gt;- Hidangkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a Never have a chance to ask her. But ...hey... as long as its good to eat...who care...he....he...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredient:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ A medium size bowl of rice (a Chinese rice bowl is just nice for 2 persons meal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ 50 g. of anchovy&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ 50 g. of Chicken Breast ( preferred)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ 2 strip of String Bean&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ kangkung ( water spinach) just a little bit .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ Soy sauce just for the taste of saltiness.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredient for the paste&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ 3 cloves of Red Onion&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ 2 cloves of Garlic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ some Chilli if your prefered it hot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ Salt and a little bit of seasoning .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparation:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ Cut the chicken breast into cube ( or bite size preferred)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ Cut the String Bean and Chilli &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ Fried the anchovy untill crisp or crunchy, dry it from the axcess oil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ Chop the Red Onion and Garlic into fine size.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Note: my husband preferred to smash ( with a knife) and chop the onion and garlic. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ Pre-heat 4 table spoon of cooking oil into a wok.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ Sauteing but at a higher temperature ( as you know Asian cooking required a very hot wok) the red onion and garlic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ Now , add the chicken breast ( the size of cube) into the wok, stir it. Make sure it become grey in color which mean it is cooked.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ Then ,the string bean and water spinach. Add salt and seasoning .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ Lastly, the rice. Stir it with soy sauce. Or you can left this soy sauce if you preferred not to daken the rice or less salty. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;~ Add the anchovy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Voila! Here comes the menu! The list is full of mouth watering topping!But our hunger was immediately shot down with non existent topping. Their excuse is "Ohh the dishes is not readied yet!" &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;The cafe opened for business at 0830 hrs... And we reached at 1000hrs....The waitress have a cheek to tell us " the dishes is not readied yet..."At last , we have to settled with "sambal kerang" which we could get it from roadside stall. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Everything is sweet and sour. From the spicy souce (sambal) to the sambal kerang!The rice? Baru ketemu kemaren. Selama ini kami selalu kesasar jalan. Maklumlah jalan di malaysia ini sungguh membingungkan.&lt;br /&gt;Aku sarankan kalau anda mencari2 tempat jangan terlalu percaya dengan papan tanda...&lt;br /&gt;karena anda belum tentu menjumpainya...yg pasti akan masuk jalan toll dulu..he..he..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rumah makan wong solo ini adalh deretan ruko. tempatnya ditengah2. Begitu masuk restoran ini terasa gaya kampung di jawa nya. Dengan meja kayu bercat hijau yang sengaja dibuat usang, tempat lesehan dengan dinding pembatasnya dari anyaman bambu/gedhek. Hmm... aku seperti pulang kampung saja.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dengan aneka menu yang disediakan.. semua khas jawa. Karena sudah lama pingin ayam bakar,ya sudah aku dan suami pesen menu yang sama. ditambah sayur brokoli dan udang masak petai.&lt;br /&gt;Minum aku pilih orange jus suami pula minta jus apokad. karena anakku suka apokad, jadi kami bungkus satu lagi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kurang lebih 20menit pesanan kami sampai. Hmm... ayam bakar... ditambah tahu tempe, timun. sambal dan kecap manis.. tapi,Ups... ya ampuunn... rasa sambalnya bener2 ancur.&lt;br /&gt;asin banget.. kebanyakan terasi kayaknya. Untung ayam bakarnya sedap... jadi kuranglah rasa kecewa kami.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Orange jus nya rata2. Untuk rasa : Apokadnya lumayan untuk ukuran orang2 sini. Sayur juga rata2. Tapi jangan tertipu... rasa sate yang dicabang nya beda jauh dengan yang di pusat nya/ di restoran kajang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Begitu duduk..pelayan langsung meletakkan sepiring irisan timun dan lontong.&lt;br /&gt;Karena kami berdua yah nambah deh satu piring lagi lontong dan timunnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Semangkuk bumbu kacang tanah dan sambal yang diasingkan adalah gandengannya..&lt;br /&gt;Bener juga neh sambal nya diasingkan... toch nggak semua orang suka makan pedas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;20 tusuk sate sudah terhidang.. tentu saja sebelumnya kami dah pesen..he..he..&lt;br /&gt;10 tusuk daging ayam dan 10 tusuk daging lembu. dicolek dengan bumbu dan sambal.. rasanya... enak dong!!&lt;br /&gt;Tapi ada yg beda...sate disini agak berminyak. nggak kayak di jawa yang garing dan segar. Sate ini empuk dengan rasa bumbu yang agak manis. tapi bukan manis rasa kecap.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hmm... aku baru tau kurangnya.nggak ada irisan bawang merah mentah.nggak ada campuran kecap manisnya. Tapi nggak kecewa kok makan sate disini..enak..he..he..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Harga menengah,pelayanan..emmhh,aku juga heran. agak kacau tuh.. padahal pelayannya juga banyak. Aku sarankan kalau datang sini pada yang aktif dan cerewet aja. kadang mereka terlupa dengan hal2 yang remeh.&lt;br /&gt;misalnya,nggak dikasih sendok,nggak dikasih sambal/bumbu,minuman datang nya kelamaan,dsb.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eh yaa... untuk minuman rasanya bener2 jempol kebalik deh. Bersih dan pelayanannya bagus. Dengan selesa kami pilih2 menu.&lt;br /&gt;dan dengan sabar pelayan menjelaskan segala menu yang kami tanyakan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kali ini kami pilih menu Ayam panggang,ikan Pari panggang,sayur daun singkong,sambal hijau,Cumi dan telur gulai. Karena sudah beberapa bulan nggak makan masakan jawa, yah kangen juga rasa lidah ini. Temen2 sarankan untuk mencoba di rumah makan ayam penyet khas jawa timur. Wah,tentu enak banget neh... ayam penyet jawa timur kan terkenal enaknya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;serasa mau lari saja aku memasuki restoran ini. Bla..bla..bla.. pesen ayam penyet dan teh obeng/es teh. sedang suamiku pesen nasi rawon dan es jeruk.&lt;br /&gt;Kurang lebih 15menit sampailah minuman kami. Rasanya... biasa saja nggak ada yang terasa lain (he..he..emang es jeruk mau rasa susu..!!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kurang lebih 15 menit kemudian datanglah pesanan kami. Ayam penyet dan rawon.&lt;br /&gt;Aku terdiam melihat seporsi ayam penyet didepanku.Tadi aku kan pesan sayap kok yang ini paha... ya sudahlah tak apa,mungkin tukang masaknya salah letak atau nampak paha ini adalah sayap. Toch rasa ayamnya empuk dan terasa enak juga walau jauh sekali kalo dibandingkan dengan ayam penyet disurabaya atau Malang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tapi...lah kok lalapannya kayak gini? seiris mentimun dan seiris kubis yang besarnya kira2 seperempat telapak tanganku saja. Mana daun kemangi dan kacang panjangnya?!&lt;br /&gt;Kalo kayak gini bukan ayam penyet khas jawa timur dong namanya... dengan rasa kecewa aku habiskan makananku.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ternyata kekecewaanku bertambah lagi. Kasirnya perempuan cina yang sudah setengah tua mukanya masam nggak ada senyum apalagi mengucapkan terimakasih.&lt;br /&gt;Dengan hati sangat kecewa aku tinggalkan rumah makan itu. Kayaknya aku harus berfikir berkali-kali kalau mau datang sini lagi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bener2 ini bukan cita rasa orang jawa timur.. dan bukan ayam penyet khas jawa timur.&lt;br /&gt;Bagaimanapun juga...
